Pat is a Registered Nurse with 24 years in the practice of Reiki. With training in Traditional Western Usui Reiki, Jikiden Reiki, and Buddho or Buddhist Lineage of Reiki, Pat combines her traditional nursing knowledge with extensive experience in the practice of Reiki. Reiki is an energy healing modality that works with the individual needs of the person receiving the treatment. Both facilitator and recipient work collaboratively to create a sacred space for healing, growth, and transformation. With expertise working with those who have catastrophic illness, stress and anxiety, and personal growth and transformation, Pat brings her skills to Roots & Wings by appointment and is also available for professional education and consultation.
