For over 10 years, Arza has worked as a registered nurse with hospice, spending hundreds of hours at the bedside with both patients and their loved ones. Her clients appreciate her knowledge of the medical system and how she tailors services to align with the values, goals, and wishes of the individual, and their caregivers. She helps to identify and articulate what truly matters in order to make this time comfortable, meaningful, and memorable.
