Yoga Nidra is a systematic meditative technique which cultivates the profound relaxation of conscious deep sleep. This deepest of meditations can help to purify the mind, enhance awareness and thus reduce anxiety. Many find that Yoga Nidra relieves entrenched levels of stress. It helps with healing from illness, insomnia, depression, addiction, chronic pain and post traumatic stress disorder.
In this practice we'll be lying on the floor or sitting comfortably in chairs and experiencing the guided practice of Yoga Nidra. Each month we will experience Yoga Nidra as taught by a different yogic master.
Fee: $20 per session. Pre-registration required due to limited space.
