Teenage years can present challenging and exciting times - yoga can create a space of balance in this chaotic world, building the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe space. Using flowing sequences and guided breath work to build strength, lengthen muscles, increase balance and learning to listen to the breath, students will also develop techniques to handle stress. Focus, concentration and gratitude teaches teens to make choices that are respectful of self and others. it is a perfect compliment to their busy academic and extracurricular schedule, connecting them with others and themselves in a fun and nurturing environment.
Class package - $90 for a 6 week session
