This is a yoga class which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being through physical postures. By applying breathing practices and meditation techniques to bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
Our focus will be to make the spine supple, the core strong and to promote circulation in the organs, glands, and tissues. These postures strengthen and stretch, promoting balance and flexibility in the body and mind.
This class is great for beginners and those looking to deepening their practice.
