MEDITATION IN MOTION!. . . Qigong/Taiji-makes the mind and spirit tranquil, improves performance in sports, and cultivates health, well-being, and long life.
Qigong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions..as well as movement. This is an Evidence-based practice; research studies shows improvement in strength, respiration, balance, flexibility and sense of well-being.
This class includes standing moving, lying-down Qigong as well as a 7-form Taiji practice and agility training.
IT IS EASY BUT POWERFUL...and FUN!
